Dengue Treatment

Dengue is a traumatic illness that comes to India every year. Dengue infects many people every year due to the incurable disease in India, which usually causes many people to suffer from the rainy season. Currently in India, the disease is spreading. A few days ago there was a flood situation in Patana. After the flood, many diseases were spread there, one of which is dengue.
.
Not only does the monsoon increase the risk of developing many diseases, but the monsoon, along with pests, is the time of mosquito breeding. In this climate, mosquito breeding is widespread. At present, dengue is spreading across the country and many patients are getting dengue symptoms, but with the right care, it is possible to prevent dengue.

Dengue is a tropical disease that is mainly caused by four toxins.  Fever, headache, muscle and nerves pain, as well as rashes on the skin are the primary symptoms of the spread of mosquitoes from aedes aegypti. Although no vaccine is currently available for dengue, the disease can be prevented by keeping sanitation, preventing mosquito breeding.

Symptoms of Dengue:

I.            Flu-like symptoms are seen in the patient in the initial stage of dengue.

II.            Dengue patient has high fever, rashes, severe body pain, headache, constant pain in the eyes, cold, vomiting, swelling of the glands, bone and muscular pain, loss of appetite etc.

III.            When dengue reaches its dangerous state, dengue becomes hemorrhagic fever (DHF), which can be fatal.

Do this in Dengue:

Many times due to lack of information, people treat dengue as a normal fever and give aspirin. But this should not be done, because it can speed up the blood flow of the patient. Doctors suggest the use of 'Paracetamol' to relieve fever and relieve pain. But it should also be given only after doctor's advice.

In this, care is taken that the blood platelets of the patient are not reduced and the fluids in the body keep going. Also, during the treatment of this disease, there is an effort to not let the platelet count of people fall. If the platelet count is less than 10,000, the patient's condition is fatal in this disease.

Most people believe that the death of a patient occurs due to the lack of platelets in dengue. But it is not the case that the patient dies due to capillary leakage in dengue. In this state, protein flows from the veins of people, due to which blood also starts leaking. In such a situation, with the fall of blood pressure, there is also a lack of blood in the body.
